Während meiner Ausbildung zur Lebensberaterin hat uns der Satz „Die Lösung ist immer emotional“ begleitet. Wenn eine Klientin etwas begriffen haben zu scheint, dann war das Ergebnis nur dann von Dauer, wenn auch ihre Emotionen mit an Board waren. Nur weil ein Problem verstandesmäßig erfasst ist, ist es noch nicht gelöst. Und da greifen die erlebnisbasierten Zugänge vor. Unser Erleben ist mehr als Sprache: Es umfasst innere Bilder, Gefühle, Körperempfindungen und automatische Reaktionen. Sprache ist eine Möglichkeit, dieses innere Erleben in Worte zu übersetzen und für den Verstand einzuordnen. Erlebnisorientierte Techniken umgehen den Umweg über die Sprache: Zuerst wird erlebt und verändert, danach wird das Erlebte in Worte gefasst.
Systemische Aufstellungen
Aufstellungen machen Ordnung, Unruhe und Beziehungen sichtbar. Wir erkennen, wo etwas aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten ist, wer welchen Platz einnimmt – und können neue Ordnung und Harmonie erproben.
Imagination & Schema Coaching
Im Schema-Coaching treten wir in Dialog mit inneren Antreibern, Kritikern, Elternanteilen und dem inneren Kind. Ziel ist, als erwachsene Seite gut für uns selbst und unsere verletzlichen Anteile zu sorgen.
Kreativtechniken wie Sand, Pinsel & Papier
Die Arbeit mit Sand und anderen kreativen Techniken macht innere Themen spielerisch sichtbar. Wo die Realität voller Wenns und Abers ist, können Lösungen zunächst im Bild entstehen – und später überraschend umsetzbar werden.
Aufstellungstage
Auch als Repräsentantin kannst du bei Aufstellungstagen viel für dich mitnehmen. Rollen und angeleitete Szenen eröffnen oft unerwartete Perspektiven – selbst dann, wenn du kein eigenes Thema mitbringst.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English.
